The number of people engaged in grain sector is more than 2 million. In pursuit of the national strategy of "Develop China by Talent " and 'Rejuvenating China through Science and Education", the SAG has placed staff building as one of its priorities. Through enhancing professional training and education in the industry, the competence and technical skills of civil servants, technical personnel and managers of grain enterprises have been strengthened thus providing a qualified talent pool for the healthy development of the grain industry.
